It is a great pleasure to write this reference letter for Akbarali Saydullaev. I keep a contact with Akbarali over a period of two years. During this time, I have known him as an energetic person who can inspire other people to be active in their fields. As his teacher, I assert that Akbarali is apart from other students with his knowledge and effort for learning new subjects. He was never satisfied with his results and always in search of various resources to learn more. Akbarali is always active in every aspect of his academic and personal life especially in volunteering programs or just group projects.
In my experience, he is dependable, loyal, honest, responsible and realistic in his expectation. He has amazing leadership skills which he has demonstrated over and over again in his initiatives during competitions, contests, exams and beyond. In his extracurricular activities, Akbarali has regularly been involved in sports activities such as chess. His academic accomplishments are revealed only by his personal strength.
I believe that Akbarali to be an excellent candidate for this program and have no doubt he will prove a valuable asset to this program. His academic period of Bachelor course at Warsaw University of Life Science at knowledge and experiences by him will increase teaching and managing process in our institute when he returns back to us.
