educational technologies that can be used to individualize learning
and provide the
students with abilities to develop critical thinking and other skills for the future.
The implementation of new ways of learning as well as EdTech tools has been
developed from within the established institutions in the US. In the case of public
universities, it can happen both through
top-down or bottom-up, The huge demand
that these institutions experience might drive a change in content, as they are able
to build new educational models with content that they deem fit for the new
demands. Furthermore, many of the new alternatives try to create new ways of
learning to foster soft skills for the future of work and in
innovative ways show how
technology can be utilized as a tool and a means to an end, where students can
actively learn in new ways.
