IELTS Progress Check - 40 complimentary official IELTS online practice test campaign Terms and Conditions of Participation British Council in Uzbekistan launches an exclusive and complimentary offer with IELTS Progress Check online test. To benefit from this offer, test takers are required to make an IELTS test purchase from the British Council between 5 October 2022 and 31 December 2022 for any IELTS test sessions available until 31 March 2023. Terms and conditions apply. The offer is available only for the test takers who will take an IELTS or UKVI test in Uzbekistan. The IELTS Progress Check can be used by an individual user. Agents, test centres or any other institutional body are not eligible to participate to this promotion. The test takers have to purchase an IELTS test between 5 October 2022 and 31 December 2022. The test can be booked for any available session on the British Council online registration system until 31 March 2023. The test taker can benefit from the free offer upon filling in the online form placed on the British Council website. The IELTS tests are not refundable once purchased for this campaign. IELTS Progress Check online tests have a maximum validity of 120 days after redeeming the coupons. The offered course is transferrable and can be used by another person than the test taker. The promotion is limited in number and the courses will be offered on a first come first serve basis. British Council reserves every right to stop the campaign at any time.
Individuals under 18, the British Council staff and their first-degree relatives are not allowed to participate in the campaign. Participants may be asked to provide a set of details for statistical purposes within the scope of this campaign. In order to be eligible to receive their prizes, all winners must submit their identity cards with the name matching they registered to the IELTS test. Rights of a user who fails to submit their identity card with the same name as found in the campaign records will be transferred to the next user. The same person cannot win more than one prize in the campaign. Winners may not replace, transfer and/or claim cash equivalent of prizes. The British Council cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise due to incomplete or incorrect contact details provided by the participants. Should the British Council detect, during or after the campaign, any attempt to secure an unfair advantage through the inadvertent shortcomings of the application or by any means whatsoever; any fraud that adversely affects campaign results; any ill-gained prizes or participation in the campaign, surveys, etc.; the British Council is entitled to terminate the offending participants' right to be listed in the draw, to receive prize and his/her membership as well as to delete his/her data from the campaign records and to declare another winner. Further, the British Council reserves its right to take legal action against such persons. The British Council will exclusively check and evaluate participants' compliance with the terms and conditions of the campaign. The British Council's campaign and campaign application records will prevail in the case of any dispute within the scope of the campaign. The British Council rejects any responsibility for the problems experienced and any loss incurred in the process of participation associated with participants' personal computers and their internet access as well as any technical issues (slow or failed connection, absence of necessary software, etc.) or unauthorised access to the computers in question. The British Council reserves its right to send e-mails to every participant to promote its products/services or campaigns as well as to confirm participation and distribution of prizes. The British Council reserves the right to terminate, relaunch or extend the campaign and to change any terms and conditions including the prizes at any time, provided that such actions are declared beforehand. The British Council reserves its right to use the participants' names and photographs publicly in Uzbekistan or on any international platform in order to promote its activities.
