3.Are there any changes in your hometown? 
Oh, absolutely so. We have had many alterations in its architecture. Before my hometown used to be very small 
one with one-story premises. However, it has grown vertically a bit and it has become far more built-up than used 
to be. 
4.Have you changed a lot since your childhood? 
I have changed in many ways but I think most obvious one was in my personality. As a child I used to be very 
stubborn and playful. I used to give a hard time to my parents. However, with time I became far more settled and 
calm. 
TOPIC #14 FURNITURE 
1.Do you have a lot of furniture at home? 
Well, I think it is in sufficient demands. I don't think i have too much furniture. Despite the fact that my house is 
fairly big. We have only the pieces of furniture that we need. You don't see a furniture sitting at any corner of our 
house. 
2.Have you ever received furniture as a gift? 
Well, I can't think of any occasion when I was given a furniture as a gift, to be honest. This is because, in 
Uzbekistan it is not a typical gift and it is very uncommon to give one as a present to others. To be honest, I can't 
even think of somebody else who receive furniture as a gift. 
3.What is your favourite furniture? 
Well, it is definitely our armchair. It sits in a perfect spot at our house right in front of the TV. Whenever I go 
home, I always sit on and watch my favourite TV programs.

2.In what circumstances is making a call better than sending a text message? 
I think whenever a person needs to send or explain complex matter or give read among information to somebody 
else, it is much more sensible to make a phone call. Because text messaging, it is better to send small piece of 
information and give somebody needs to explain something thoroughly and give a detail, it is actually better to 
call, take their time and explain thing completely
