Using Idioms
I suggest you don't try to learn too many idiomatic phrases. The key point is to use
them and also to use them correctly. Focus on learning a few well. Also you should try
to avoid very common idioms and especially clichés. A cliché is an overused expression.
These can be considered as "ugly" English. These do not
help your score, and may
possibly lower it.
