Introduction (abstract of the dissertation of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)) 
 
The aim of the study is to develop scientific recommendations for the 
development of professional competencies of students of higher educational 
institutions on the basis of reflexive monitoring. 
As the object of the study was determined by the process of developing the 
professional competencies of students of higher educational institutions was 
determined on the basis of reflexive monitoring, in which 1203 students of Tashkent 
Pedagogical State University, Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, Jizzak State 
Pedagogical Institute took part.
