Conclusions 
One of the main issues of the period of modernization of the economy of our country is the effective 
organization of family business. At present, the analysis of family business in the country shows that there are a 
number of problems and issues in the development of this sector and the need to address them quickly. As a result of 
the theoretical analysis, we found it necessary to identify the following areas. 
1. It is necessary to focus on the production of family businesses, to carry out a number of works on their effective 
use of local raw materials. In particular, the production of raw materials used in industry as a finished product in 
small businesses. 
2. To provide family businesses with sufficient information and data so that they have full information about local 
raw material resources, to increase the level of management and legal knowledge, and to direct them to 
production. It is important to offer consulting services to individuals and organizations on business procedures. 
3. The organization and management of production in family businesses has always been one of the most pressing 
issues. In any production, costs are incurred to produce the product. Whether the costs are large or small 
depends on many factors. Each type of product can be produced in different ways, on different machines, using 
different products. It is in this choice that choosing the most efficient and low-waste, low-cost path leads to an 
increase in efficiency. This choice should not affect the quality of the product. 
4. Entrepreneurs operating in the manufacturing sector, as well as small businesses, due to the low efficiency of 
the use of available economic resources, increase the cost of production, as well as affect the cost of production. 
As the cost increases, so does the price. This leads to a loss of dominance in the competitive struggle in the 
market. We believe that it is necessary to increase the efficiency of each economic resource used in business 
entities, to create conditions for not wasting a single resource. It is necessary to determine the level of utilization

of economic resources used in business entities and the efficiency ratio. 5. Modernization of the economy, 
technical and technological renewal of production has a significant impact on the quality of products and 
services. The products and services produced must meet a certain level of demand and serve for a specified 
period or longer. A quality product will be effective and beneficial for both the manufacturer and the consumer. 
By implementing these areas of improvement of family business, it is possible to establish successful business 
entities in the country, and thus achieve a great impetus to economic development.
