AMAZING LAKE _

Aluminum is a modern construction material. Free aluminum is a silvery white, light, soft and malleable metal. It can be rolled into the thinnest aluminum sheets - foil. Aluminum foil is a harmless valuable and beautiful packaging material. Aluminum is a good conductor of heat. Aluminum wires have low resistivity. Aluminum powder is added to solid propellant. In the 19th century, aluminum objects cost as much as gold ones. Only at the beginning 20th century _ _ _ _ a cheap and simple electrolytic method for producing aluminum was discovered. A cheap raw material for the production of aluminum was found - bauxite.
At present, aluminum has serious rivals: titanium and magnesium.
Titanium and magnesium have higher mechanical and technological properties than aluminum. Titanium and magnesium are not only soft, malleable and light metals. They withstand ultra-high and ultra-low temperatures and have excellent anti-corrosion properties.
