The process of globalization ensures and means the observance of certain relations and procedures by the participants of the labor market. One of the elements and specific catalysts of innovation or the introduction of innovation is understood, in the simplest sense, as a new, introduced by man, value or quality in relation to the goals or methods of their implementation, applied in business. Changes in the structure of management are associated with the manifestation of innovation.
