At the same time, along with the problems of misunderstanding the country abroad, there is distrust of local business and socio-economic reforms carried out by the state in the country. Lack of effective mechanisms for promoting brands, targeting the formation of a positive image of Uzbekistan, monitoring its status and coordinating activities to prevent the risk of its deterioration. Lack of qualified branding workforce and lack of research work. Failure in the competition of domestic goods. In particular, the growth rates of real incomes of the population and consumer goods are significant. The increase in imports is due to the fact that the prestige of Uzbek brands is not high enough. Lack of experience in promoting local and regional brands in the activities of the executive authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, local structures and associations of entrepreneurs. The main directions for promoting national and regional brands of local goods and services in 2017-2021 should be: Effectively promote a positive perception of the country in the world by increasing the efficiency of public authorities and public organizations. Promote community brands by supporting the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and industry associations, civil society organizations. Assistance in promoting brands of cities and regions of Uzbekistan, localized brands of goods and services in a specific geographic area. Promote selected brands of local goods and services, corporate brands of local businesses and organizations. Conducting fundamental and applied research in the development of professional and continuing education, marketing and social relations. Create coordination mechanisms for brand promotion. The volume and conditions of foreign investment, the dynamics of tourism, the level of capitalization of Uzbek assets and the ability of local companies to participate in mergers and acquisitions are negatively affected by the cautious attitude of a number of countries towards Uzbekistan and its business as a “secondary world”. |
