The purpose of teaching the subject is to teach students the essence of the regional
economy, different natural and climatic conditions, economic potentials of the regions, and

the implementation of market reforms at the regional level, to expand the responsibilities
and powers of regional management bodies in solving existing socio-economic problems,
and to It consists in the formation of knowledge, skills and qualifications suitable for the
field of teaching how economic issues are transferred from the network, national level to
the regional level in practice.
The tasks of the subject are to identify the concept and essence of "regional
economy", the geographical location, natural conditions, resources, and differences and
similarities of different regions in specialization, to teach them to analyze their
characteristics, to analyze the natural resource potential of the region and its regions, the
level of development. , to provide an understanding of the location of the leading industries,
to teach the specific features of implementing the tasks of increasing the economy, taking
into account the natural-economic, demographic, ecological and other characteristics of
each region, together with the socio-economic development of the regions.
