Topic: You have lost your purse on the Afrisiyob train on your way to Bukhara. There were a lot of valuable items in your purse, including passports, bank cards, and some cash. You try to ask security officers on the train to help you look for the purse, and they suggested contacting the lost and found department of the company. Department staff promised to find your items in a week and will contact you. However, the department has not contacted you for a month.
Write a letter of complaint to the lost and found department of the railway company. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order, and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

3. Offer a suggestion on how passengers can easily inform in case they found something lost.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.

You phoned the shop no one answered and no action was taken even though you visited the store several times. You were dissatisfied with the service and product quality.
