Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: Recently, you saw an advertisement of the book titled “Booknomy” that can help you to improve your English in 6 months from beginner level to advanced. Since you were going to learn English and take IELTS, you were interested in the product and bought the advertised book. After 6 months, you took an IELTS exam, but you got only 4.0 points. Then you discovered that the information in the advertisement was incorrect and there was no improvement in your English. You were very disappointed that you did not have the results promised.
Write a letter of complaint to the authors of the book stating the problem and asking for compensation. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

2. Explain the detailed explanation of the problem.
3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the readers.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.

Topic: You study at Tashkent State University of Law. Everyday you use an underground railway service to get to the University. Last week, because of the trains’ delay, you were late for the classes 5 days straight. You even had to miss a class because of the late arrival of the train. You were very disappointed with the service of “Tashkent subway” plc. The deans’ office warned you about possible dismissal.
Write a letter of complaint to the officials of “Tashkent subway” plc. complaining about the poor service you have experienced and asking for compensation. 
Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary.
