Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: Recently you have been to “Korzinka” and bought some products. It was evening and you were really tired after hard work. You finished your purchase and came to the queue. There were long queues in front of the cashiers. Although there were four cashier desks, only two of them were working. The other cashiers were chatting with each other without paying attention to the clients. You were furious about the service.
Write a letter of complaint to the managing director of “Korzinka”. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

2. Explain the detailed explanation of the problem.
3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the working atmosphere of the market.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.

Topic: Your close friend was ill and he was in the hospital. Recently you visited your friend and observed that the conditions in the hospital are dissatisfactory. There are not enough facilities for patients. There is no hot water and there are no special pathways for disabled people to walk in wheelchairs. Moreover, the canteen of the hospital was small and patients had to wait even hours for having lunch.
Write a letter of complaint to the head of the hospital complaining about the facilities of the hospital. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below.
