Topic: You want to buy a new house for many years. Recently you have heard about a mortgage loan that you can get from state banks and applied for “Ipoteka bank” for taking a mortgage. The bank official told that they will check your regular income and credit history within 14 working days and announce the results of whether they will approve the loan or refuse. A month passed, but you have not still got the answer about the loan approval. You called the bank official, but he did not provide any information. You were very furious about the bank official’s irresponsibility.
Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the bank complaining about the irresponsibility of the bank official. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.

Topic: You have got a debit card from “O‘zsanoatqurilishbank”. You do not have any loans and your card is always in black. Two weeks ago, you checked your balance and you had 1 million sums in your balance. After a week you went to the shop and bought a new mobile phone for 2 million sums. At that time you thought that you got your salary. But yesterday you found out that the bank had given you an overdraft without your permission. You went to the bank and bank officials stated that you have already used the overdraft and you have to pay interest for the money you spent. You were very disappointed with the bank service.
