Topic: You live in the city center. For two years, lots of buildings and new apartment blocks are being built near the place where you live. Sometimes builders work even at night. Therefore, you can not sleep well when it is noisy at night. You are very nervous that you can not sleep enough and concentrate well the next day. Moreover, it is affecting your studies too.
Write a letter of complaint to the city khokimiyat complaining about the noise at night. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary.
