Topic: You recently bought an item of clothing from a shop. You discovered that it had a defect, namely, there was a small hole in the left sleeve. You returned to the shop the next day to ask for an identical replacement jumper. Unfortunately, there was none in stock. Therefore, you asked for a refund. However, the shop assistant refused to give you a refund because it was not the policy of the store. You are frustrated with this situation.
Write a letter of complaint to the administrator of the shop. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

3. Offer some suggestions to the problem and state your position in case of refusal.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.

Topic: You bought a jar of pineapple slices and canned beans at one of the Korzinka branches. However, you did not look at the date of manufacture; it turned out to be expired. You immediately called the customer services section to alert them to the problem and spoke with a representative named Farid. As you explained your concern, he told you in a rather impatient way that there was nothing that could be done and disconnected the phone before you could say anything else. You are dissatisfied with such substandard customer service.
