Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: After a visit to branch of MEDIAPARK, the store of home appliances and electronics, you ordered LG washing machine for delivery to your home address. On November 19, you received a confirmation from the market, indicating that delivery would take place in the week of November 21 to the 27th. On November 28, the above-mentioned washing machine had still not been delivered. The next day, when your order was delivered, you had to take time off from work, resulting in an unplanned change in your schedule. You were disappointed about the delay in the delivery time.
Write a letter of complaint to the director of the store. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

3. Offer some suggestions to the problem and state how it would affect the reputation of this well-known store.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.

Topic: You booked a two-week holiday to Istanbul organized by Advantour – Uzbekistan Travel Agency. You were not happy with the holiday. First, the flight was delayed for 3 hours, the hotel was noisy, and most of the advertised features were missing. Travel agency claimed that you would be picked up at the airport and that the hotel was three-star. The all-inclusive price you paid would include breakfast, dinner, and two excursions. However, none of these occurred. You are disappointed with a tour that in no way resembled the description on the website ad.
