Topic: You have been using digital camera products of company “Artel” and you have been satisfied with the results. However, you recently received a digital camera manufactured by that company. You discovered that it was damaged and some components were missing. You are really disappointed with how things turned out.
Write a letter of complaint to the local representative of the company. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

3. Offer some solutions to solve the problem and what could be done.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.
