Topic: You subscribed to company Turon Broadband Internet with subscription number: 123-456-789. You were supposed to get a high-speed Fiber Optic Internet connection but your attempts to contact your customer support representatives to help you regarding this matter continue to be unresolved and neglected until this day. Since you are a software developer, it is causing some financial damages. You are not satisfied with the service offered by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
Write a letter of complaint to the director of Turon Broadband Internet. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

You are dissatisfied with the false advertising of the service offer to attract customers.
