Part 1 (60 points) Topic: You ordered a newly-published book from an internet-store “Asaxiy books” recently. The book was delivered on time and you paid all the bills. After a day, you began reading the book. Although the online bookshop offered high-quality books, looking through the book, you realized that a few pages were missing and the print overlapped on a few pages. You were very disappointed with the quality of the product. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the Internet store complaining about the quality of the product. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic. 1. Salutation 2. Explain the detailed explanation of the problem. 3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the working atmosphere of the company. 4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position. 5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim. 6. You feel unhappy about working at this law firm since some of your colleagues are spreading untrue rumors about you and it is ruining your reputation at the firm. Additionally, this situation caused you severe emotional distress and as a result, you lost the last trial as you couldn’t focus on your work. Before suing your colleagues for defamation, you decided to write a letter of complaint to the manager of the company in order to punish the employees and rebuild your reputation. Write a letter of complaint to the director of the law firm complaining about the heating system. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below.
