Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: You had a problem with your health. Recently you went to the hospital and the doctor prescribed pills for you. You consumed the pills after the meal, but after some time you were feeling sick, you had a strong headache and a stomachache. You had to call the ambulance, and that doctor asked a few questions about you, and told you that the pills you have taken should be consumed before the meal. Your doctor had not warned you about it. You were furious that your doctor had not warned you about it.
Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the hospital complaining about the doctor. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

2. Explain the detailed explanation of the problem.
3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the working atmosphere of the hospital.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.

Topic: Recently you have been to “Mediapark” store to buy a new mobile phone. You wanted the newest model of Samsung, but the seller was very impolite, he did not want to consult you about the models of Samsung, instead, he advertised the brand Vivo. Even when you told that you want Samsung, he continued talking about Vivo. Moreover, when another customer came, the seller went to consult this new customer and you had to wait for him for more than 20 minutes. You were very disappointed with the service.
