Part 1 (60 points)
Topic: You are a client of “Anorbank” and you use the services of the bank regularly. A week ago, you ordered a new Humo card from the bank. According to the contract signed, the bank has a free delivery service and they should deliver the card to your house within 2 working days. Yesterday, they brought you a card, but the card was not Humo, it was Uzcard. You were very disappointed that they delivered the card late and it was not the right type of card you ordered.
Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the bank. Write one paragraph for each of the topics below. The letter should be at least eighteen to twenty (18-20) sentences. Write no less than 200 words. Revise your letter, if necessary. Pay attention to your vocabulary (legal terminology), grammar, letter format, sentence structure, word order and spelling. Do not copy and paste the topic.

2. Explain the detailed explanation of the problem.
3. Offer a suggestion on how to improve the situation and how this would impact the working atmosphere of the bank.
4. State your position on this issue and use reasonable examples to justify your position.
5. Make a conclusion how such situation should be resolved and what could be the decision of the judge based on legislation if you go to the court with a similar claim.

This TV program is full of untrue information and rumors about you. You are very disappointed as it harms your reputation.
