INTERVIEW QUESTIONS-To Share

I am happy to take on additional responsibilities outside of my ‘remit’, and I am always keen to get involved with new areas of the medicine.e.g., When I worked in the TMA COVID-19 clinic in 2020, I assisted the department's head in establishing its clinical management of COVID-19. After working 12-14 hours, I studied new publications and prepared a report, and based on this report, we set up our regulations and management.
I am creative individual. E.g., when I worked in Family clinic as a general practitioner I implemented appointment scheduling system by electronic messages and phone call and it helped to decrease mean wait time from 45 minutes to 10 minutes.

  1. If you could not be a physician, what career would you choose?

I would be a diplomatic agent. Because I love to communicate people and resolve some important probems using my communication and problem solving skills.

  1. Are you prepared for the rigors of the residency?

Yes sure I am ready. As I said you before, my graduation coincided with COVID-19 pandemics and I have been working under the really rigor system, and resolving the problem which I had not been taught at medical school. Therefore I can say that I am fully prepared.

  1. What was the most interesting case you were involved in?

It was in zangiota COVID-19 clinic, I worked as an intensive therapy unit physician. I had a patient, a 68-year-old woman let's call her Leyla for confidentiality. She had COVID-19+ and pneumonia, which caused 85 percent of her lungs to be damaged. She was in a coma. No one believed that she will get improved, but I didn’t give up to care her, after long hours of working day I stayed at the hospital, researched, I contacted colleagues even from china, Germany shared the lab results by keeping patient confidentiality, asked their opinion, managed based on the knowledge I have earned and finally she woke up of coma after 18 days of hospitalization, after 41 days we transferred her to therapy unit and discharger her to home. Now, she is with her family and calls me every holiday. Many people who saw what happened say that it is a miracle, but I think it is a result of possessions, hard work, great interest, and love for the profession. Our sleepless nights for night shifts or study back people to life.

  1. What do you see yourself doing in 5 (10, 20) years?

By 2028, I will have set clinics called White angels, and will open my first biotechnological lab.

  1. Discuss the future medicine and the effect on your career plans

You asked me what I was doing right now and what I intended to accomplish in five years. It largely relies on AI and biotechnology . It would develop in a platonic way without them. With the assistance of my brother, a programmer who currently resides in Cortland, New York, we're creating Web Doctor based on AI. IM is most suited for use with AI. I'm collecting data from therapeutic standarts and my brother is coding it as a program. Such startups will shape how medicine develops in the future. The development of medicine is also considerably enhanced by biotechnology and genetic engineering. RA and other autoimmune diseases are successfully treated with biotechnology medications like Rituxan (rituximab CD20 inhibitor) and Humira (adalimumab TNF inhibitor), for instance.

  1. What would you do if you did not obtain a residency position for next year?

I will find a reseach position In the USA, work on my projects.

For me, it's crucial to have a top-notch education, guidance, and kind coworkers. As my friend Timur Atajanov who is PGY-1 resident in your program, said that you have grat collegeus and traditional mentorship which very essential for me. I want to continue my research thereforeresearch opportunity is also essential for me and have E. Donall Thomas residents research program. One who only studies develops their knowledge by 2 times, while one who studies and teaches develops knowledge by 20, therefore the opportunity to teach is also very beneficial for me.

  1. What are you looking for in a program?

  1. What is your most important accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment was when I headed the intensive therapy department at COVID-19 facility. In three shifts, 36 nurses and 18 doctors were at work. The unit was new, COVID-19 guidelines, and management standards were not entirely supported by evidence. By speaking with experienced hospital managers, I was able to quickly learn how to handle this situation. We regularly corresponded with and held conferences with foreign colleagues, in which I took part as the head of the ICU and an interpreter. Along with this, we statistically analyzed the workflow and fixed mistakes to raise the standard of care. We created a highly efficient team and workflow as a result of this. Furthermore, we actively contributed to the development of our national standards for treating and preventing COVID-19.

  1. Do you see any problems managing a professional and a personal life?

I think I do a good job of juggling my personal and business lives. I had prior experience of working in busy clinics, where I created techniques to maintain my welfare and productivity. I strive to finish the work on time so that it does not worry me or cause stress in my personal life. After a long day at work, I head to the gym to replenish my dopamine levels before going out with friends, family, or studying something. I go to bed early so that I may rise early, do yoga when I wake up.
