3. During the examination 
3.1. Students who come to the examination room 
10 minutes
after the examination 
begins, will not be permitted to take the examination.  
3.2. There will be no extra time allowed for those students who are late for the 
examination. 
3.3. The students must remain silent and in their seat during the examination. When the 
examination is in progress, the students should raise their hands if there are 
problems or questions. 
3.4. The students are NOT allowed to talk, whisper, look around, pass or show the work 
to other students once the examination starts. 
3.5. Lending or borrowing of pen, pencil, eraser, and calculator is strictly prohibited in 
the examination room. 
3.6. The students are not allowed to leave the examination room unless instructed by or 
with permission of the proctor. The students are not allowed to leave the 
examination room in the first 
20minutes
and in the last 
5minutes
.
3.7. The students are not allowed to communicate with the proctor unless it is necessary 
to do so. 
3.8. The students shall not behave in any irregular or suspicious manner, which can be 
considered as cheating by the proctor. 
3.9. The students should move their seats if the proctor asks them to do. 
3.10. When requested by the proctor, the students must permit the proctor to inspect any 
material taken into the examination room. 
3.11. The students should check whether their ID and names have been written on the 
examination papers and answer sheets. 
3.12. Final answers must be written by only blue or black, non-erasable pen. Do not use 
highlighters or correction pen.

4. Finishing the examination 
4.1. When the stopwatch rings and the proctor announces the end of the examination, 
the students must stop writing. The students who continue to write after the 
examination is over shall be regarded as cheating. 
4.2. After the examination, the students must remain seated and keep silent until the 
proctor confirms the number of examination papers and answer sheets. 
4.3. The students shall be allowed to leave the examination room only when permitted 
to do so by the proctor.
4.4. Students may leave the examination room only when permitted to do so by the 
proctor.
