TERM 15 NOVEMBER APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Partner universities nominate their students to the JU via e-mail ( erasmus@adm.uj.edu.pl )
Nominated students then complete an online application form ( https://www.incomingstudents.uj.edu.pl/ ), the form has to be printed and signed by the home coordinator LEARNING AGREEMENT Learning Agreement for Studies has to be arranged in cooperation with the relevant faculty/ institute Erasmus+ coordinator (list available on our website). LAS should not be sent to the International Students Mobility Office.

courses at different departments: Yes, provided students obtain confirmation from the Erasmsus+ coordinator responsible for the desired institute/faculty Language of instruction Courses are conducted mainly in English. Students who have command of Polish at B2 level minimum, may participate in Polish- taught courses with regular students. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Incoming students should have a command of English of at least B1 level. This has to be confirmed by either a language certificate or language proficiency form (available on our website).
MONTHLY COSTS OF LIVING ACCOMODATION
Dormitory: 87 – 92 EUR
