Annotation: incomplete speech development is observed in children when
increasingly complex forms of speech pathology: alalia, aphasia, as well as rhinolalia,
dysarthria, stuttering are found - when at some point there is a lack of vocabulary,
grammatical vision of speech and defects in phonetic-phonemic development. Speech
experience of such children will be limited, language tools will not be improved.

The need for speech communication is not adequately met. Colloquial speech is
inextricably linked with a poor, low-vocabulary specific situation and remains without
concepts outside of that situation. Linkage monological speech does not exist either
develops with great difficulty and is characterized by qualitative originality. Despite the

that indicate a violation of the system of speech activity. One of the most basic signs is

negatively affects the formation of sensory, intellectual and affective volitional areas in
