POLYMER PRODUCTION BASED ON POLYMERATION REACTIONS
Purpose of work:Study of technological properties of products made of polymeric materials. General maInformation: IIRT type viscometer; Mufel 'furnace; Ceramic tableware; Analytical and technical scales; 50 ml of pycnometer; VL40 vertical injection molding machine. Workplace equipment: UME-10TM stretching test machine. Handles for fastening samples. SHTS-250-0.05 caliper. Micrometer. Metal ruler. 2M-3M black pencil. Grinding machine. Fabric grinding material. Cotton gloves. Procedure: 1. Determine the fluidity of the solution. The readability of the solution is determined in a standard way using a device type IIRT-M. The numerical value of the readability of the solution is determined by the following expression: EOK = 600 m / t, g / 10 min where m is the mass of the flowing solution, g; t is the time interval between the two discharged solutions, s. As a result of the test, the average value of the results obtained three times is taken. The results obtained are tabulated. 2. Determining the actual amount of filler in the composition. The solution is poured into a clean and pre-weighed ceramic vessel with a thickness of not more than 5 mm and weighed to the nearest 0.002 gram. The PKM-filled dish is then placed in a muffle furnace. And kept at a temperature of 450oS for 30 minutes. Calcium chloride is cooled in a desiccator. The cooled ceramic dish is weighed on a scale. The actual amount of filler is determined by the following expression: S = 100 M1 / M,% where M and M1 are the weights before and after heating, respectively. The results obtained are tabulated. 3. Determining the technological parameters of injection molding. Technological parameters of injection molding include tool cylinder temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure and cycle time. The casting modes of the most widely used polymers in production are given in the table below. According to the literature, the injection temperature of filler polymers is 20-30oS higher than that of pure polymer. Machine time -taken from the technical passport of the injection molding machine. Technological time required for the formation of the product -ttexn is equal to the sum of the holding times of the product in the mold under pressure and without pressure (cooling time). The holding time under pressure is determined by the following expression. d- length of the filling channel, m; α-thermal conductivity, Tr-solution temperature, Tf-mold temperature, T-polymer liquefaction temperature, The cooling time is also determined as above. The casting modes determined in this way are also used to obtain other castings. The procedure for taking bulk samples is as follows: 1. Getting acquainted with the technical characteristics of the casting machine; 2. Study of casting safety; 3. Casting of products from the prepared polymer composite material; 4.
