Porter's Five Forces
|
Theory explanation
Introduce , then explain
the key parts of the
theory model selected
|
The Porter's Five Forces model has five factors: The power of supplier refers to the supplier's right to reduce the supplier's profit margin by increasing the price of the product supplied in order to increase its value, and the supplier's right to increase as fewer suppliers become available. The buyer of power is that the transformation of standardized industry products by buyers through changing suppliers so that buyers become stronger in the industry, gain high quality and low price products. Competition among existing competitors means that firms compete with each other in relation to their profitability. Competition among firms on the same latitude must enter zero-sum competition, while positive-sum competition, where firms compete will differ according to their customer base and attributes thus increasing the interest of competitors. The threat of entry means that new entrants are profitable to an industry and their threat level leads to an upper limit of industry profitability. The market becomes complex due to seven different barriers, which need to be analyzed before entering the market and the potential retaliation of existing companies. The threat of substitution means that the substitute has similar or similar functions to the original product, but in a different way, and the price and quality of the substitute may cause customers to prefer it and will reduce the popularity and sales of the original product. (Yetkin,20130.

the Business Environment
as it relates to your

|
Due to the tired retail environment, Noble food created a new brand that would generate interest in the market, achieve growth in an unbranded category, and act as a potential entrant, acting as a threat to products in the existing market. In addition, customers have the right to choose other brands to buy, that eggs as a standardized product, intensify the competition between industries, the buyer can go to multiple companies to buy the desired low-priced products. After it created a new brand, the business had great visibility in the industry, consumer penetration was high, and the brand was 44% above target, reflecting the fact that Noble foods had a significant advantage over the fierce competition among existing companies.
Noble foods is moving from acquiring farms to raising free-range poultry and producing and selling its own products, such as Happy Egg, which has become a driver of growth in the free-range egg market, reflecting the fact that Noble foods' own products are replacing the purchase of others' products for resale, thereby reducing costs.Eggs are a daily necessity for people, with a limited number of egg brands and a large number of buyers. Customers can only buy the brands offered in the market, and the suppliers develop different brands to give the products a certain character, making it difficult for customers to find alternatives. ( Dawton, 2011)
|

Identify the most
|
As the largest egg producer, it should make improvements in terms of supply chain sustainability, environmental impact reduction, animal welfare, food quality and safety, expand its product lines to meet consumer demand for egg products and increase its brand range to meet the diversity of the market.
