Destination of the operating system software, composition and structure

System software (ON) COMPUTER creates the necessary conditions a process information handling and provides the normal worker an ambience for applied programs of the user. It so is closely connected with hardware of the machine that his(its) sometimes consider the internal resource of the machine.
Applied ON COMPUTER is intended for decision concrete and goal-directed tasks of the user.
System ON COMPUTER provides:

• 
  Automatic operation of all elements and device COMPUTER;
  
• 
  Rational control process information handling;
  
• 
  Close-fitting interaction between hardware and user, as well as granting to him necessary services when work with COMPUTER;
  
• 
  Rational distribution machine resource;
  
• 
  Automatic exchange given between computer in network;
  
• 
  Automation of the labour programmer and users.
