В статье рассматривалось вопросы о кадровой потенциале что являются 
ключевым фактором ускорения экономического роста. Для этого в первую очередь надо 
сосредоточиться на развитии человеческого капитала. В развитии человеческого 
капитала, прежде всего, целесообразно развивать интеграцию образования.
 
 
Annotation 
The article dealt with the issues of educated and responsible competitive highly qualified 
personnel - a necessary condition in order to find their place in society at the present time. 
Nowadays, competition is seen as a force that drives the economy, in its place it becomes the 
competition of knowledge.

Introduction. 
Personnel potential is the knowledge and qualifications of personnel. It affects economic 
growth. The level of economic development of the country depends on the level of the quality 
education system formed in it. It is known that the law "On Education" was adopted in a new 
edition. 
It enhances the preparation of specialists for lifelong learning by combining world 
experience. Therefore, in our country there is a steady demand for specialists who improve their 
professional skills. 
The sphere uses the latest educational and innovative technologies, a credit-modular 
system, methods of teaching foreign languages. It is the goal of providing an intellectually mature 
workforce who knows their field well and can pass it on to others in today's highly competitive 
environment. 
It is necessary to radically improve the system of higher education, radically revise the 
content of personnel training based on the priorities of the country's socio-economic development, 
create the necessary conditions for the training of specialists with higher education in accordance 
with international standards.[10] 
Since, the rapid introduction of modern innovative technologies in the economy, social and 
other spheres with the widespread use of scientific and technological achievements is an important 
condition for the rapid development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
