Planning physical education and public events.
Planning of physical education and public events includes development of physical education holiday plans and scenarios of physical education holidays.
The plan of physical education held outside of training . As a rule, physical education events are held 1-2 times a month, and relay-action games include physical exercises, outdoor games, relay competitions, exercise-competitions. Recreational activities motivate children with the help of rhythmic gymnastics in harmony with music. Activities accompanied by music are carried out in cooperation with a physical therapist and a music director.
Since the purpose of conducting extracurricular activities is different from physical education training, the tasks in its planning are not training, but improving the skills learned in physical education training in game activities. The task of improving health and making children interested are the main goals. The difference between extracurricular physical education and physical education training is that in its planning, not teaching, but the tasks of improving the material learned in physical education training with the help of various games are set.
