The content of the training . It is reflected in the comprehensive planning of the educational and training tasks of education, rehabilitation for modern training. Such an approach is the most important means of optimizing education, as it simultaneously allows children to achieve positive results without overloading them with tasks. Of course, each exercise may not completely solve all the tasks listed above. Many factors may depend on the uniqueness of the topic, individual characteristics of the participants and other reasons.
After the set of exercises and tasks are formed, it is necessary to determine the content of the educational material in order to ensure that the selected exercises find solutions to all the goals of the exercise. The content of the training should highlight the most important processes. This is the most important element of planning. For this purpose, exercises are selected that lead to the formation of necessary skills and at the same time (jointly) improve movement skills and educate moral qualities.
It is recommended to act in this sequence when developing the content of the training.
1. To determine the means and methods of solving each task of learning movement skills.
2. To determine the theoretical information that should be conveyed to children in this training.
3. To determine and plan ways to solve the tasks planned for this exercise to improve physical development and strengthen health.
4. Distribution of all educational tasks in the group, taking into account the dynamics of children's work.
5. Analysis of tools and methods designed to determine their effectiveness to solve the problems of moral, labor and aesthetic education.
6. Development of methods of organizing educational activities.
7. Availability of necessary tools, equipment and manuals. It is necessary to think about the rational placement of the equipment, so that its installation and cleaning does not take much time from the training.
8. Determination of criteria and forms of evaluation of educational results.
It should be remembered that first the main part of the training is developed, then its content, introduction and final part are based on the features of the main part.
