Е. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party undertakes that it will not disclose or take advantage of any information of а confidential nature regarding the other party that has been disclosed to that party.
The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to any information that is publicly available at the time of disclosure, unless it is disclosed as a result of a violation of this obligation, as well as to any information disclosed by the parties, to the extent that disclosure is required by law or or regulation.


FORCE MAJEURE
E Despite everything that is contained in this Memorandum, neither party is liable for the delay in fulfilling its obligations under this Memorandum, if and to the extent that the delay is caused by circumstances beyond its control:

1. 
   natural disasters;
   
2. 
   outbreaks of hostilities, unrest, civil unrest, terrorist acts;
   
3. 
   an act of any government or authority (including the refusal or revocation of any license, or consent);
   
4.
