Bunday yondoshuv quyidagi asosiy qadamlarni ko’zda tutadi: 1.Bo'sh bozor uyalarini to‘ldirish uchun mahsulot nomenklaturasini kengaytirish. 2.Raqobatchilar ega bo‘lgan yoki ega bo’lishi mumkin bo‘lgan modellar va maxsulotlar sortlarini ishlab chiqish. 3.Pastroq narxlarda raqobatchilarning maxsulotlariga yaqin modellarni taklif etish. 4.Raqobatchilarni vositachi va distribyuterlarning taqsimlash tarmog‘idan siqib chiqarish uchun ular bilan shartnomalar imzolash. 5.Vositachilar va distribyuterlar boshqa ta’minotchilar bilan aloqa bog‘lashlariga xalal berish uchun ularga sezilarli skidkalarni kafolatlash. 6.Iste’molchilarni bepul yoki past narxlarda oqitishni taklif etish. 7.O‘z mahsulotiga iste’molchilar talabini saqlab qolish uchun choralar ko‘rish. 8.Kreditga sotish hajmlarini oshirish. 9.Butlovchi qismlar yetkazib berish vaqtini qisqartirish. 10.Muqobil texnologiyalarni patentlash. 11.Xususiy nou-xaularni himoyalash. 12.Eng yaxshi ta’minotchilar bilan eksklyuziv kontraktlar imzolash. 13.Raqobatchilarni yakinlashtirmaslik uchun xom ashyolarni katta xajmlarda sotib olish. 14.Raqobatchilar bilan ishlaydigan ta’minotchilardan voz kechish. 15.Tovarlar va raqobatchilar xarakatlarni doimo nazorat qilib turish.
