As the analysis of Table 1 shows, salts of heavy metals were not found in medicinal drinks, pesticides and other foreign substances were not detected. This shows that the drinks meet the safety and hygiene standards for these indicators.
Studies have also been carried out on the content of radioactive substances in educational drinks. The results of the study are shown in table 2.

Table data analysis. 2 showed that the content of radioactive substances in medicinal drinks according to the regulatory document is Cesium 40 Vg / kg Strontium 20 Vg / kg, in the studied developed medicinal drinks it is cesium 8 Vg / kg, Strontium 15 Vg / kg and it fully meets the requirements of these regulatory documents.


Based on the fact that these two types are drinks, we conducted research on microbiological indicators. This indicator is also one of the most important and key, as it determines the safety of these new products. The results of the study are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the analysis of Table. 3. Medicinal herbal drinks do not contain lactic acid microorganisms, molds and yeasts in these drinks.


Conclusion
As shown by the conducted studies of drinks from medicinal herbs "Medicinal parvona" and "Medicinal marigold" fully comply with the requirements of sanitary and hygienic standards. According to the content of radioactive substances, they comply with the requirements of SanPin and GOST s. These conducted studies testify to the safety and full compliance with the hygienic requirements for medicinal drinks from medicinal herbs growing in our Republic. and grow among the inhabitants of our Republic.
