The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
in the professional formation of the socio-psychological portrait of student-psychologists, social components related to formal-dynamic and personal characteristics were based on the differential manifestation of authentic assessment of professional important qualities that determine socio-psychological relations;
the importance of the mutually integrative manifestation of communicative, intellectual, emotional and personal-regulatory characteristics in the formation of the social profile of a «student-psychologist» is proved; the priority influence of factors characterizing the socio-psychological portrait of a student-psychologist;
according to the expression of the content structures of the socio-psychological portrait of student-psychologists in determining professional maturity, the leading factor of ensuring the balance of «I» and social relations due to the harmonious development of professional visions with the value system and the orientation of the individual (to himself, communication, activity) was based;
according to the expression of the degree of formation of the student’s professional thinking in the personal profile, the need to develop a «map of the social-psychological portrait of student-psychologists» through the mutual adaptive development of the professional self-awareness of psychologists with the motivational field was proved.
The practical results of the research are expressed in the determination of the importance of the socio-psychological portrait of student-psychologists in their professional maturity, the evaluation components of the social-psychological portrait, the formal-dynamic and personality characteristics of the social-psychological portrait, the components that determine the social-psychological attitude and professional formation, the factors that ensure the professional success of students, the personality profile of student-psychologists, psychological microenvironment in the group and group cohesion.
Empirical results promote the solution of research problems by determining the factors that express the connection between the socio-psychological portrait of a student-psychologist and professional maturity, educational motives, value orientation, factors of official-dynamic and personal characteristics, the index of group cohesion and the formation of a socio-psychological portrait map.
