The actuality research paper is to investigate the role of Pronunciation teaching in Methodology.
The aim of my course paper is to conduct a linguistic examination of the unique characteristics of pronunciation in modern English.
Therefore, accordingly the main aim we figure out these tasks:

  • to study major phonological and methodological concepts and terms;

  • to investigate the distinction between native and non-native pronunciation;

  • to study the problems of word stress and intonation;

  • to investigate designing tasks in ESL.

The object of this research paper is to investigate the role of Pronunciation teaching in Methodology.
The subject of the given research includes description of English pronunciation and the main rules of it.
The theoretical value of this course paper is that given information, materials, references can be sufficient in research of English Pronunciation.
The practical value of the current course paper is that the practical results obtained by investigating the presented subject can be used as examples or mini-tests in English seminars and practical courses.
The structure of the research paper includes introduction, two chapters and conclusion, as well as, bibliographic list of the literature and Glossary.
Introduction states the actuality, subject matter, novelty, working hypothesis, theoretical and cultural importance of the work.
Main part includes two chapters in itself.
Chapter I entitled as “General principles and concepts of teaching English Pronunciation”. It includes two paragraphs in it.
The first paragraph of this chapter is about the main terms, concepts and characteristics of English Vowel phoneme system.
The second paragraph of this chapter is about two main classifications of vowels.
Chapter II entitled as: “Methods and quality of teaching Pronunciation”.
The first paragraph presents Lesson and handouts used.
The second paragraph is mostly focused on the explanation of the method and activities.
