The goal of the school of the 21st century is to form young people who are highly 
responsible, intelligent, with a moral culture, flexible in life, and patriotic. 
Teachers should be specialists adapted to this goal. Mastering the new technology 
helps in the formation of intellectual, professional, moral and many other qualities of 
the teacher, affects the proper organization of the educational process. 
Currently, the main core of the updated educational content is the formation and 
development of an educated, creative, competitive person who is flexible to live in a 
rapidly developing changing society, ready to fully realize himself for the benefit of 
the individual and the society. 
It is important for us to educate an educated and qualified, prudent and sensible, 
all-round mature individual. In the current period of renewal, in the process of progress 
of our society, the problems of comprehensively revitalizing students and renewing all 
aspects of the country's life are complicated. The proposed authoring program takes 
into account all of the above. Therefore, the proposed program is a valuable author's 
program in the educational process. 
The purpose of the author's program is to provide prompt and advanced 
methodical support and assistance to students and teachers. A regulatory document 
defining the framework of basic knowledge, skills and abilities to be mastered under 
this software course; sequence of topics, questions and their study. 
Objectives of the course; 
 influencing the formation of the student as a person; 
 increasing mental play and activity; 
 to develop students' cognitive abilities and increase their interest. 
 to train the student to be able to express his thoughts systematically; 
 education to be able to have a good relationship with the environment
 development and formation of personal attention through the course; 
 creating a mental concept. 
Theoretical methodological bases and practical basis: Research methods were 
selected according to the specifics of the research subject and consist of theoretical 
methods of reading and analyzing educational and methodological literature, 
comparative analysis of domestic and foreign practice. 
Teaching methods are theoretical, amazing experiments, interactive board, 
computer.

Expected result: 
 develops research ability; 
 performs tasks in various effective ways; 
 applies theoretical knowledge in practice 
 deepens knowledge on the necessary specific topics
 improves memory. 
Scientific-methodological level of the work: in order to innovate or restore a new 
explanation introduced into this program in comparison with existing programs, the 
proposed author's program is based on the updated educational content and based on 
the goals of the typical model program. 
The scientific nature of the program is its new educational paradigm developed in 
accordance with philosophy, methodology, psychology and the latest achievements of 
pedagogical science and practice. 
Orientation: 
 not only the formation of BBD in students, but also the development and 
education of their individuality; 
 maintaining the psychophysiological and social health of children; 
 ensuring the economic, ecological, ethno-pedagogical, psychological 
orientation of the educational process; 
 to ensure compliance of educational content with humanistic, integrative 
and innovative approaches, etc.; 
 ensuring compliance with scientific requirements (existence of a problem, 
scientific hypothesis, hypothetical solution to a problem, conducting 
scientifically based research, comparing the research results with the data 
obtained before the research); 
Evaluation of the internal unit and description of the methodological basis of the 
work: Program "Regulation on examination of training programs and elective courses 
of the variable part of the curriculum and their methodological support within the 
framework of the updated educational content" (hereinafter - the Regulation) of the 
Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 No. 319- It was developed based on the 
Law III "On Education" - Order No. 472 dated 16.09.2021 of the Ministry of Education 
and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 
Practical importance of work: 
The new educational paradigm was developed in accordance with the philosophy, 
methodology, psychology and the latest achievements of pedagogical science and 
practice. 
Forms and methods of presentation (approbation) of intermediate and final results 
of work 
(articles, reports, creative works, open classes with educational and 
methodological support, methodological tools, recommendations, diagrams, tables, 
analyses, etc.).

Compliance with regulatory requirements. 
The formalization of the work is in accordance with the requirements. 
Conclusions and recommendations on the use of the work (approbation, 
generalization, distribution, publication, approval, attestation, elimination of 
shortcomings, refinement, approval, etc.) to stimulate the thinking of students in 
improving the quality of education, in intellectual development and in the formation of 
their scientific worldview, the activity is positive for the individual. Author's program 
is useful in education as a quality.
