Insufficient increase in water temperature in the boiler is due to the following reasons:

  • contamination of the boiler walls from the inside with a layer of scale, and on the outside with soot and ash;
  • insufficient amount of air entering the boiler furnace due to malfunction of the blowing units;
  • excessively low temperature of the return water entering the boilers due to poor insulation of the return line or its flooding with groundwater, as well as water from the water supply or sewerage system;
  • insufficient draft created by the chimney;
  • inconsistency of fuel with the type and characteristics of combustion devices in boilers;
  • Boiler power is less than the heating load.

  • Hydraulic . They are carried out to determine: the actual water consumption of consumers, the actual hydraulic characteristics of the pipeline and to identify areas with increased hydraulic resistance (once every 3-4 years).
  • Thermal tests . To determine actual heat losses (once every 3-4 years). Tests are carried out according to the following dependence :
