Our institute

• Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-technologies "On measures to establish the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agro-technologies" , It was established on the basis of the Nukus branch of the Tashkent State Agrarian University from the 2022 academic year. Today, more than 2,500 students are studying at the institute in 28 bachelor's fields of study and 23 master's specialties.

These students are taught by more than 10 doctors of science and professors, about 70 candidates of science, associate professors, and more than 10 senior teachers. The scientific potential of the institute is 44 percent. The total book fund of the Information Resource Center of the Institute consists of more than 45,000 books, about 23,000 of which are textbooks and manuals, about 8,000 scientific literature, about 3,000 fiction literature, and more than 1,000 electronic textbooks. The Information Resource Center has more than 1,217 electronic resources. Students conduct scientific research in 12 educational laboratories.

• Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies maintains cooperation relations with advanced higher education institutions and training centers of Europe, Japan, Commonwealth of Independent States. Currently, 23 agreements and memorandums have been signed with foreign HEIs and organizations.
