Introduction. The essence of the structural formation of terms in Uzbek and
foreign languages is considered. In the article, the terms in Uzbek and foreign

92
languages are devoted to the multifaceted study of the systematic analysis method,
and the purpose of our approach to this topic can be explained by extralinguistic
and linguistic factors.
Decision PQ-1875 of December 10, 2012, of the President of the Republic
of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the system of learning foreign
languages" is aimed at training specialists who know English perfectly and can
communicate freely in this language.[1]
Main text. The structural structure of terms also has a linguistic structure
that contains the general meaning of all components. Any component occupying
one or another place in the composition of multi-component terms realizes its
meaning depending on its position in relation to other components. The meanings
of the components are also interrelated by their "interchanges and combinations.
The structural formation of multi-component terms taken from a foreign
language does not contain all the information contained in it, but only the
information necessary for the native speakers of the receiving language. In the
process of adapting such foreign language terms to the host language system
various structural and linguistic transformations may occur, and therefore certain
difficulties may arise in the transfer of multi-component terms from a foreign
language to the Uzbek language. This primarily concerns terminological
correlation. The reason is that there is no complete correspondence between their
logical meanings, as well as the order of members of the same type of phrase in
different languages.
A characteristic feature of the field of modern linguistics is the appeal of
linguists to the active-dynamic side of the language and the issues of its
functioning. The main goal of the terminological field is to reflect the level of
knowledge of mankind in the field of the economy with maximum objectivity; this
term field is in a stage of continuous development and change, which is related to
the development of relevant science.
Learning foreign language terms in a new environment was done by us on
the basis of thousands of examples. In this study, we focused only on the examples

93
of using the term in the Uzbek environment, which carry new information or
contribute to the formation of a new concept in the Uzbek terminological unit of a
foreign language, and we developed measures for their application in life.
According to our research, the process of mastering this terminology
occurred in two stages, which included first its assimilation and then its
development. It should be noted that the purpose of the term in the professional
environment has been determined, but there are still no clear boundaries for its
definition because scientists and experts express the essence of the phenomenon of
terms in different ways.
In conclusion, the current stage of development of the Uzbek language is
characterized by the activity of structural formation taken from a foreign language.
In order to express the concepts and realities of the Uzbek language, a large
number of foreign language terms were introduced into the Uzbek language, which
did not exist in the host language or existed but were revised in the foreign
language.
