Well, if you own a business working with your family members yours fun, but at the same time it can be a little problematic or even Awkward on one hand. You can be sure that people you work with are loyal to you and they share the common goal which is to make the company successful. But on the other hand working with your siblings or parents can mean that your conversation always revolves only around work even at home also, sometimes you have conflicts at work which not only put you in an awkward position but it also affects your personal relationship with your family members. Anyway, if I had to take a pick I definitely go for my sister to have as a colleague.The first reason why I would choose her is that we have a lot in common in terms of how to run a business or deal with people and solve problems. Also the role I'd give give her in my company would be in human resources. And the reason for that is that she's really good at handling people because she's sociable and good at solving problems and she's a great listener too. Actually. She has a bit of experience in this area and another reason why I'd like my sister to be my colleague is because she can be a good friend and and she's older than me. I believe her wisdom wisdom can come in handy because when you're on a business there will be moments where your decision can have a profound impact not only on you but also on people around you so having someone who you can rely on for a good piece of advice is always amazing.Finally the characteristic which I appreciate of my sister is her humor. I don't know how she does it but she's always able to laugh it off when she's criticized. Actually I can learn a lot from her.

Of course, every country has a type of product that it takes pride in for example, Germany is famous for its sport cars and Italy for its close Brands and so on when it comes to my country as it is a developing country. I don't think there are many things are world famous, but many tourists who have ever been to my country normally associated with it's cuisine because we have many sources of food that cannot be found anywhere else actual restaurant business is a huge industry in my country. You can see many places specialized in many different foods most of them being National so I'll probably talk about one of the most popular foods, but with both tourists in the locals, so the food is called Mante personally. I love this food, especially the one made by my mom whatever I leave my hometown for a couple of weeks because of my job. I miss it and the first food that I make my mom do when I come back is monthly Monday is in manydifferent ways similar to dumplings but bigger it consists of finely chopped meat in a thin dough and it's cooked under steamed. Also, there are different types apart from the ones with meat such as with different healthy herbs recently. I came across an article on this as big national dish. It was probably on Instagram or Facebook. I'm not sure it said that from a medical perspective month is a very healthy food as it is cooked under steam. It also said that despite the high caller content. It's easily digestible. So yeah, whenever people come to my country, I always take them to one of the local restaurants to have some monthly and they usually love this foot.
