C. Music and dance
Another cornerstone of Uzbek culture is music and dance. Traditional Uzbek music is characterized by
the combination of melodies and rhythms, accompanied by various types of musical instruments. The
most famous instruments include the rubab (a lute-like stringed instrument), the doira (a large frame
drum), and the qayroq (a wind instrument made of reed). Uzbek dance also plays an important role in the
country's culture, and includes various forms such as the Khorezm, Bukharan, and Samarkand dances.
The traditional costumes worn during the dances play an important role in the performance, adding to the
vibrant and colorful atmosphere.
One of the most distinctive features of Po»shkent is its architecture. The city is home to numerous examples
of medieval Islamic architecture, including mosques, madrasas, and mausoleums. The most famous is the
Kalyan Mosque and Minaret, a towering structure that dates back to the 12th century. Another notable
example is the Mir-i Arab Madrasa, which was built in the 16th century and still functions as a religious
school today. The combination of intricate tilework, domes, and minarets creates a visually stunning
skyline that is unique to Po»shkent.
IV. Economic development and industry
has been a major focus in Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan, and Po'shkent is no exception. The city
has a thriving agricultural sector, producing wheat, rice, cotton, and fruits and vegetables. Additionally,
Po'shkent is home to several factories and industries, including the production of building materials
automotive parts, and food products. The city's proximity to Tashkent and its modern infrastructure make
it an attractive location for international businesses looking to invest in the region. Overall, Po'shkent is
a growing economic hub with a strong foundation for continued development.
A. Industrial zones and companies
Industrial zones and companies are among the primary drivers of economic growth in Po»shkent. The city
is home to several industrial zones that house numerous companies, ranging from small and medium-sized
enterprises to major corporations. These companies contribute significantly to the country's economy by
creating jobs, generating exports, and creating opportunities for local suppliers. The city's industrial zones
are strategically located near major transport and logistics centers, making it easy for companies to move
their goods to different parts of the country and beyond. Moreover, the swift growth of the city has created
excellent incentives for international investment in the area.
