Annotatsiya. Muloqot - bu bizga o'z g'oyalarimizni boshqa odamlar bilan bo'lishish va yomon muloqot qilish imkonini beradigan jarayon hisoblanadi. Samarali muloqot hatto tibbiyotda ham muhim rol o'ynaydi. Chunki shifokorlar va tibbiyot talabalari turli xil madaniyatli va har xil odamlar bilan muomala qilishlari kerak. Shu sababdan tibbiyot hodimlari yuksak darajadagi muomala ko’nikmalariga ega bo’lishi muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqolada samarali muloqot qobiliyatini shakllantirish va uning turli tarkibiy qismlari muhokama qilinadi.
