is determined by identifying the number of hours of each group’s work 
and the price is specified hourly, containing any administrative expenses, 
insurance, taxes, and other expenses.
The benefit from the contract per man-hours comes from the request of 
the owner to change the part of the study design or add another part that 
is not in the scope of work that was delivered to the engineering office. 
The additional cost can be calculated easily because the office provides a 
number of hours for each member and the price is known, so this provides 
flexibility in the work as a whole.
