Public offer for intermediary and technical Services

4. Payment procedure and cost of the Services. 
4.1 The Customer pays for the Services of the Contractor on conditions of the prepayment in the
amount of 100% by means of electronic payments on the Electronic Virtual Account.
4.2 Money resources are shown in the Electronic Virtual Account of the Customer. 
4.3 The cost of the Services under the Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the
prices and information published on the Website. The cost can be changed and depends on: 
4.3.1 Volume of the Services to be purchased; 
4.3.2 Individual discount of the Customer; 
4.3.3. other conditions, if explicitly stated on the Website, in the text of this Agreement;
4.3.4 The funds for the SMS Reception Service shall be debited from the Electronic Virtual Ac-
count immediately after the Service is provided. 
4.4 The fees of payment systems when depositing funds are specified in the "Payments" section
or when proceeding to the payment page of the payment system.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties. 
5.1.1 Customer undertakes: 
5.1.2 Not to use the Services provided by the Contractor for illegal purposes, as well as not to
perform actions that are harmful to the Contractor and (or) third parties. 
5.1.3 To pay duly for the Contractor Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 
5.1.4 To compensate to the Contractor the losses caused by payments recovered from the Con-
tractor by third parties, including administrative penalties from the control and supervisory au-
thorities, received by the Contractor due to violations of the provisions of this Agreement and the
legislation of the United Arab Emirates by the Customer, provided the Customer provides the
documents confirming that the mentioned damage has been caused to the Contractor. 
5.1.5 The Customer is warned that the Website is not responsible for visiting and using external
resources, links to which may be contained on the Website. 
5.1.6 The Customer is personally responsible for the possible consequences of using the service
"SMS Reception", including the damage to the computer and/or other device, qualified under the
Criminal Code of the United Arab Emirates, as well as for the damage to third parties, including
physical and/or moral harm to health, loss of capacity to work, loss of educational institutions,
loss of material and/or intellectual assets. 
5.2 The Customer has the right to: 
5.2.1 Request from the Contractor the information about the quantity of the rendered Services,
prices, crediting of payments, state of the Electronic Virtual Account and other data within the
frames of rendering Services according to this Agreement. 
5.2.2 The Contractor undertakes: 
5.2.3 Provide the Customer with Services according to this Agreement. 
5.2.4 Provide to the Customer information about the list of Services, prices, payments, status of
the Electronic Virtual Account.
5.3 The Contractor shall have the right to:

5.3.1 To suspend, limit or stop the Customer's access to all or any sections of the Website at any
time for any reason or without giving a reason, with or without prior notice, without any respon-
sibility for any harm that may be caused to the Customer by such action. Contractor has a right to
delete a Customer's profile and / or suspend, limit or stop access of a Customer to any part of the
Website if Provider finds that in his opinion Customer is a threat to the Website and/or its Cus-
tomers. The Contractor is not responsible for the temporary blocking or removal of information,
or the removal of the Customer's personal page (termination of registration) carried out in accor-
dance with this article. 
5.3.2 If the Customer continues to use the Services after the Customer has made changes into
this Agreement it is considered to be his consent to the terms of the new Agreement. 
5.3.3 The Contractor has a right to involve third parties (specialists, consultants) to render Ser-
vices according to this Agreement without notification of the Customer. 
5.3.4 The Contractor has a right to add the Customer's Contact Email Box, specified during reg-
istration, to its mailing list. 
5.3.5 Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the Contractor shall not be liable to the Cus-
tomer and other persons for: indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of benefit, regardless of how they
were caused. 
5.3.6. The Contractor shall not be liable for program errors of the Customer and/or third parties
engaged by it in case of incorrect use of the API Service.
