6. Term, procedure of conclusion and termination of the Agreement. 
6.1.1 This Agreement shall enter into force from the date of the Customer's acceptance of the of-
fer and shall remain in force until terminated by the parties (one of the parties). 
6.1.2 In case of failure by one party to perform its obligations under the Agreement as a result of
force majeure circumstances (force majeure), the term of the parties' obligations under the
Agreement shall be extended for the duration of the force majeure. The parties shall be exempt
from liability for losses incurred by the other party as a result of force majeure. If the impossibil-
ity of full or partial performance of obligations by one of the parties due to force majeure does
not cease before the event, any party has the right to terminate this Agreement. 
7. Dispute resolution procedure. 
7.1.1 All disputes and disagreements, if any, arising in the course of performance of this Agree-
ment, the parties will try to settle by negotiations. 
7.1.2 The parties shall file claims using the ticket system of Website support. 
7.1.3 The e-mail box specified by the Customer when registering shall be considered as the Con-
tact Email Box. 
7.1.4 The response to the claim shall be provided within the time limits stipulated by the legisla-
tion of the United Arab Emirates. 
8. Other terms and conditions. 
8.1.1 Any notice requested or provided by one party to the other party under this Agreement
shall be sent to the ticket system provided for in clause 7.1.2. of the Agreement. 
8.1.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held by a competent authority to be invalid in whole
or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement. 
8.1.3 Registration/payment under this Agreement constitutes acceptance of all the terms
(clauses) listed above.
