To: Elyor Ergashev, Managing Director From: Bobur Yo’ldashev, Deputy Director Subject: Assessment of Abdusattorova Shodiyona Date: 21 January, 2021 Purpose As requested, this report is an assessment of the suitability of Abdusattorova Shodiyona for promotion to group coordinator of Youth of Union. The report summarizes his personal qualities, leadership abilities and work-related achievements, on the basis of which her suitability depends. Personal Qualities Shodiyona is a very enthusiastic number of staff is always pleasant and considerate and whose punctuality record is commendable. His reliable and helpful attitude is admired and respected by her groupmates. In addition, he has a wonderful rapport with people. Despite the fact that, he has a tendency towards timidity, this does not seem to have affected the quality of her work. Leadership Abilities Although Shodiyona has only been entered the Fergana State University for a short time he has already demonstrated good leadership qualities. In spite of her shyness, he has nonetheless shown that he possesses the ability to assert herself over her group in a constructive way whenever the need arises. Her organizational skills are outstanding. Furthermore, he is able to work in a calm and methodical manner to achieve the desired results quickly and efficiently, even under pressure. Achievements Over the course of this summer, Shodiyona has voluntarily taken on many extra responsibilities involving the planning and organization of new courses which helps student to learn better. For instance, he recently helped to plan a series of new activities which proved students to past their time sufficiently. Moreover, many of her innovative ideas have been added to our university exhalent changes. Recommendation In conclusion, I strongly recommend that Abdusattorova Shodiyona should be promoted to the position of group coordinator.
