Realization Requirements and Guidelines
The Software Quality Assurance team must plan the
realization process of the
software by identifying its quality requirements and objectives, realization
requirements and needs,
risk management requirements, and record keeping
requirements. It must develop the documents, record keeping systems, and
quality control methods for the product realization processes.
The group must also plan its work using life cycle models.
It must plan and
implement the quality management system on each software project.
Furthermore, it must seek to control the customers’ requirements by identifying
the requirements the customers want, the requirements dictated by the use of the
software, the requirements
imposed by other agencies, and the requirements the
organization wants.
The team must be able to plan the software design and development, and create
procedures to control them. In addition, it must be able to control the purchasing
process so that the products meet the requirements. The group must be able to
provide service and manage production. It must be able to identify measuring
and monitoring requirements to ensure that the
software product meets the
requirements.
